SINCLAIR BIOROOF is a water-based roof coating formulated with highly engineered infrared reflecting (IR) pigments, allowing the creation of elegant roof coating shades while reducing heat build-up on painted surfaces. Paint films containing IR-reflective pigments stay cooler than those with non-reflective pigments of the same color.
